EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
You will be asked to select your company name and booth size below. Company names can only be selected once, so please make sure to register your entire booth personnel all at once. You can add to your booth personnel on the "Additional People" page of the registration process. If you complete the registration process prior to adding the entire group, you will need to log back in to continue to add to your booth staff. If you DO NOT see your company name listed below, please contact the registration department at email@example.com.
Each exhibitor receives one (1) complimentary conference delegate registration and one (1) exhibit booth staff passes per 100 Square feet of your exhibit space. Over-allotment booth staff does not include lunches and is available for purchase for $50.00 per day, during the registration process.

Payment/ Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration must be received in writing. Any individual, exhibitor, or corporate registrations cancelled in writing before June 7, 2024 for a refund, minus a $50 administrative charge. After June 7, 2024, no refunds will be permitted. Cancellations/ substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the registration office in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or the address below.
